This post includes some resources we use to transition lessons from one modality to another. The Multimodal Lesson Plan Template (Traditional) has content areas where you enter on one side the lesson as you now offer it. On the other side, you identify equivalent activities to be delivered in a different modality. The Multimodal Lesson Planning Template (with directions) explains how to complete the template. The Async Lesson Plan Example has one side of the template completed as an example.
